This position is subordinate to the strategy and Marketing Department of the company. I report to the managing director of the company and assist the director of market development in daily work. I am an important member of the business development team of the company.
According to the company's strategy and plan, develop the market target, market development plan, coordinate with related departments to promote the implementation of the plan;
1. Timely and accurately grasp market information, conduct in-depth research and analysis of market conditions, grasp industrial policies and situations, and promote exchanges and cooperation between enterprises and governments, associations, design institutes, media, communities and customers;
2. Master the status quo and development trend of thermal insulation industry, integrate resources effectively, take charge of customer development, promotion and design of the institute.
3. Manage the whole business process of jointly promoting business development with key customers, including internal and external coordination of technology, operation, finance and legal affairs;
4. Understand the business requirements of end customers, analyze and summarize customer requirements regularly, and provide corresponding progress reports;
5. Responsible for project implementation and promotion with key customers, ensuring timely, true and accurate communication of demands;
6. Comprehensively analyzed product operation status and put forward product optimization opinions and suggestions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business administration, thermal engineering, chemical engineering, material or related is preferred;
2. At least 2 years working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in electric power, petroleum, petrochemical, new energy, coal chemical, design institute, etc.
3. Familiar with the operation mode of various government projects, familiar with the planning, bidding, construction and implementation of government-related projects path and procedures, strong project docking ability, related project experience is preferred;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated, strong learning ability, able to deeply understand the core business needs, pain points and business development mode of thermal insulation and energy conservation industry within 3-6 months, able to coordinate multiple resources to complete project plans on the basis of understanding customer needs;
5. Excellent resource integration ability and business promotion ability, good communication and coordination ability and affinity, independent project organization ability, market development ability and strong negotiation skills;
6. Can quickly adapt to the challenges of the industry and the growth pace of rapidly developing companies, have sensitive business sense, sensitive to changes in policies and market conditions, and have good research and analysis and market prediction ability;
7. Good planning and summarizing skills, strong working ability under pressure, driving license holder, able to travel for a long time;
8. Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other office software.
