Marketing Manager (Location: Beijing/Shanghai)

1. Build the overall brand image of the company according to the company's strategic direction and industry market dynamics;

2. Actively expand new marketing channels, promotion modes and business cooperation by using various channel resources, develop personalized social promotion schemes, creative planning schemes for online and offline activities, organize and implement content release, interaction and activity execution of online platforms, and effectively improve the visibility and reputation of the company and the project;

3. Responsible for the planning and execution of offline marketing activities, including but not limited to technical training meetings, seminars, dealer meetings, etc.;

4. Implement advertising and marketing activities with reasonable, effective and limited use of budget according to department planning and marketing activities budget;

5. Responsible for visual design related to the company's market promotion (including VI construction, main vision, brochures, posters, Yilabao, H5, we media illustrations, etc.)

6. Collect and analyze marketing information of competitive brands, understand industry trends and trends, pay attention to the development of various new business models, make regular market forecasts and market reports, and provide reference for the company's brand strategy planning;

7. Complete other related work assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in journalism, advertising, marketing, MBA or related;

2. At least 5 years of management experience in brand promotion, marketing and event organization;

3. Have keen market insight and brand marketing awareness, good at market analysis, brand and product positioning, customer insight, marketing planning and other professional skills, strong ability to analyze and solve problems;

4, Good command of words, strong creative thinking and planning ability, familiar with network media and social media communication, understand the rules of media operation, good at accurately grasp the hot spots and their presentation;

5. Active thinking, strong communication skills, good at team work, initiative thinking and promoting work;

6, Strong learning ability, industrial products, B2B marketing experience is preferred;

Fluent in English reading and writing.
