On September 23, 2020, the first phase of the aerogel industrial base project invested by Zhongke Runzhi (Chongqing) Energy-saving Technology Co., Ltd. was put into production in Chongqing Hechuan Industrial Park, covering an area of 508 acres with 110,000 square meters of above-ground buildings. It is the first nano-aerogel automatic production line in the world, paving the way for the construction of a large aerogel industry cluster in the Hechuan District. At the end of 2021, the second phase production line also successfully reached production. Currently, Zhongke Runzi produces 1000 tons of Aerogel powder annually, and 100,000 cubic meters of Nano-aerogel insulation per year. With the support of the Chongqing Hechuan Municipal Government, Zhongke Runzhi has always taken the technological breakthrough in the aerogel industry as its responsibility, and now has more than 20 invention patents and completely independent intellectual property rights of aerogel production technology, with no pollution and zero emission throughout the production of aerogel products, and the technical indexes have reached the world advanced level.
